Texas Buffalo Chili
If you love the taste of homemade chili, then this is one dish I know you are going to fall in love with. Serve this chili with saltine crackers for the tastiest results.

Ingredients:
1, 8 ounce pack of black beans, dried
1, 8 ounce pack of kidney beans, dried
1 Tbsp. of powdered chili
½ tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes
Dash of salt and black pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and minced
2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
1 sweet onion, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
3, 10 ounce cans of tomatoes with green chiles, chopped
1, 10 ounce can of tomato sauce
1/2 of a 16 ounce jar of hot salsa
2 Tbsp. of chili sauce
2 pounds of ground buffalo
